Wedding Coordination Services

Our day of coordination services are often paired with one of our complete musical packages (DJ + strings), or when clients are planning their own wedding. This role is only done by Mitchell (our founder). If you are planning everything yourselves, there is still a lot to coordinate on wedding day itself! Often times this responsibilty gets dropped in someone's lap unexpectedly and leaves a lot of people asking 'who's in charge?'. A core outline of service is as follows:

Introductory meeting

- Video call (30 minutes)
- Free and no obligation

Preparation

- 1 one hour video call (usually 2-3 months in advance)
- 1 site visit / final meeting (usually in the month leading up to the wedding)
This meeting can also be virtual for those coming from out of town
- Contacting all vendors to ensure proper timelines, parking requirements, onsite power/shelter/equipment needs
- Prompt email communication

The day of

- Up to 12 total hours on site(s)
- Up to 2 locations
- Greet vendors and direct as needed
- Organize family members and wedding party
- Coordinate music cues
- Keep vendors on schedule
- Handle the unexpected with out burdening you

Rates

- Starting at $1,500 - depending on location, number of vendors, etc.
